I've always had good experiences. I'm surprised they didn't give you samples to see under natural light. They never pressured me to buy a colour that wasn't right. Usually to hawk samples on you. I get samples when I don't even ask for them.

I never get color matched correctly at Sephora !! I'm fair with pink undertones and I have I tell them that wtf. And if I dont they try to match me to an orange foundation?? Sigh. But now I know what will match me just by looking at the color on the bottle. I need FULL coverage, but I used to use the MUFE HD foundation in 115 - pink undertone- and I really loved it!

Lol.. Yes def give it a try!! I thought it was more medium coverage. But when I needed less coverage I used it and loved it!!

I always have good service at sephora, but i don't really like them to color match me.. Like you said i didn't get the right color because of them and actually ended up buying it anyways..
