I literally just uploaded a video on my winged liner lol. My advice would be to just practice and you'll get better and more comfortable doing it. I'll put the link to my video down below.

Also use tape when your just starting to learn (; helps alot. Place the tape where your lower lash line is and angle it up towards the end of your eyebrow to where its almost touching your eyebrow hair and then do a thin or thick line whichever you prefer make it nice and pretty and then take the tape off and connect the liner to your bottom lids eyeliner and WAH-LA easy winged eyeliner look
