How do i find the rite foundation for me?

So I'm somewhat new to the makeup world and by the picture below.. It obviously shows. I never had a big issue with pimples m such, now its a different story. I can somewhat control my combo/oily skin but i can't figure out what colour my skin is especially when my skin is diff from my chest, neck, and face. HELP!! What shade am i? What's my undertone? What foundation brand would work for my oily skin?. Sorry for the 21 q's. Lol. Thanks girls!!

From this picture, I would say you are neutral-warm(which is more yellow) undertone... find a foundation that matches your face/chest, if it is very different, try finding a color thats in between with your undertone and you should be fine. Foundations you can try for oily skin are Revlon Colorstay liquid if you want drugstore... or high end- Pur minerals 4 in 1 powder foundation,Make Up Forever Mat Velvet, Urban Decay Nearly Naked
