*Putting this in makeup category since i can't do a three-way*

Soo lately this has been the buzz on here, and i've definitely been following. I've done my own research from what i've read and i find a lot of contradictory info on the internet as well. How i define a cruelty free product is no testing on animals, no bi-products from animals or animal ingredients, and no company having branches in a different country doing their dirty work for them (i.e. China)
I don't know what to make of peta's list though. Seems outdated :/
I'm a vegan and it totally passed my mind about how products are also important and not just diet. I desperately need some new makeup (mascara and shadow mostly) and i won't buy till i know.

Also generic brands that sell shampoo and conditioner would be mucho helpful. I don't wanna go on a no-wash strike for too long xP

Thanks!

You should look into e.l.f. they are Peta affiliated and advertised strongly as cruelty free.
