Beauty Product Reviews

Too much fallout!

The fallout from the 'crystal' shadows is simply unacceptable. There is no way to get it on your lids without glitter glue and fingers (it simply falls off a brush) and even then half of the pan ends up on your face. The mattes are good... on par with LORAC Pro mattes (but not revolutionary and certainly not worth the asking price), and the shimmers are the excellent quality that you'd expect from Natasha Denona. But the crystal shadows are simply unacceptable and firmly drive down the quality of this palette. There is no reason that for this price, anyone should have to struggle with any of these formulas.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a black matte! It's VERY pigmented and blends beautifully. There's minimal fallout. Definite keeper.

Needs more coverage... less sheen

I bought this item because reviews stated the coverage could be built and the glow was more of a sheen and less of a greasy mess. Neither claim is true. This is kind of looks like tinted vaseline. I ended mixing it with NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint and that gave me the glow I was looking for. By itself, the finish is highly reflective and it kind of looks like you wrapped your face in shrink wrap. Not a fan.

LOVE

Easy to apply and blend (FINGERS!)... buildable and waterproof. I have every.single.one! These put MAC paint pots to shame in the performance department. If I had a complaint, it would be the packaging. Totally cheap. MAC packaging is less practical, but beautiful.
