Whoa okay so this is a blush AND gives that highlighted look, meaning I don't have to use two different products layered on top of each other!?!? I decided to go a bit out of my comfort zone and go for Blushed Copper, which is a really lovely warm copper with rose gold tones. (My zone is usually a warm peachy shade with pink or rose undertones). But this, my gosh, it just looks STUNNING on. It's pretty highly pigmented so you don't need to swipe much to receive color payoff but it blends really well too. It's definitely got that luminizing finish while still giving your cheeks just the prettiest blush color too. I just adore Becca packaging, super compact and can be thrown into my makeup bag with ease and has a handy dandy mirror too. For reference, I'm a MAC NC30, a 42 in Natasha Denona, and a good match in the KO series in RCMA.
I've got my eye on Snapdragon next....being that my last blush purchase was the Becca Shimmer Beach Tint Shimmer Souffle in Lychee/Opal, I guess I know who my new go to for blush is going to be!!
This blush is such a pretty warm pink. It livens up my face and makes my whole face seem brighter. I love the beauteous color and the gorgeous glow it gives my cheeks.
I ventured into the world of Becca, courtesy of the amazing Wayne Goss. He has always promoted Becca's blushes as being some of the best blushes in the makeup world, and I must agree. I own... 7 shades now? They're all fantastic. My numero uno, best friend blush is Lantana, but all of the other shades have always been great. Blushed Copper is a gorgeous shade --- just go light on the application! The day the Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection launched, I thought, "Wow, I should get that. That's more bang for its buck in comparison." Ultimately, I talked myself out of the palette, because I just knew that I really wanted the Camellia, Blushed Copper, and Tiger Lily from the spring collections. Yeah, I spent more --- but these colors are just unlike any other. Good job, Becca!
I love this blush, but had to find the right blush to apply it with. I am fair and this is very pigmented. I am sure many will love that but for me it is hard to apply the right amount that looks luminous and not doll like. I think with fake tan on this will be better but it won't be my first choice during winter time.
Love this new formula. At first glance the color looks familiar to other blushes I own (which is about 50), but not so when you put it on. It is unique. I love all my Becca blushes!
I fell in love with this blush the minute I swatched it inside a Sephora but I couldn't make myself spend the $34. I however could not get over how beautiful and pigmented it was and how much glow it gives you. I finally caved and bought it from Beautylish and I am so happy with it!! This is my all-time favorite blush hands down!!! It is definitely worth the money because a little goes a long way!!
This blush applies like a dream. Blushing Copper replaces MAC'S Sweet As Cocoa as my ride or die.
I also love Snapdragron.
Okay, I'll admit, anything Melanin C recommends I'm on it. She's amazing! I purchased both Snapdragon and Blushed Copper and love them both!! Becca is known for luminosity. Blushed Copper has lovely warm golden undertones. Snapdragon gives a beautiful pop of color that's more of a coral-fushia blend with rose gold undertones. Both gorgeous summertime colors. I also use the Blushed Copper on my eyes.
The first impression, honestly, was 'this might me too shimmery'. But boy I was wrong! This looks beautiful on my skintone and this doubles up as highlighter as well if you dont want to go very dramatic!
This blush is beautiful and well worth the money. The only problem I have with this blush is how pigmented it is, there doesn't seem to be a way to get a light coverage. My cheeks end up looking like red apples no matter what brush I use. Make sure you know how to work with blush before you purchase it.
