Could be better

Ok the palette is beautiful and sturdy. I have great things to say about all the cream products and the powder highlighter, however the powder contour and powder setting powder aye... well ok the light one which I call a setting powder isnt bad, but the pigment isnt really there. Its hard to pick up product. The contour powder though is really quite bad. I tried swatching with my finger and IMMEDIATELY there was a hard oil layer over the powder so literally zero color was coming out.... i had to stick strong tape on the powder to remove the hardened surface (and yes my hands were clean and not oily). I worked a brush in it and it surprisingly did work ok to apply on my cheek (used wayne goss # 14 brush), however the effort it takes to use and the lack of pigment made me drop 2 stars. The contour powder is pressed WAY too hard in the pan.

perfect blush brush

Wow, what can I even say other than WOW. Seriously, this is the best cheek brush I have ever used, EVER. It is soft, dense (but not too dense) and applies blush like a dream. It works perfectly with the tom ford blushes, depositing just the right amount of color and it honestly blends it in without much effort at all! I have used cheek brushes by Chikuhodo, Wayne Goss, Natasha Denona and Sephora but this one is by far the best. Trust me, it is worth the price.

Best blushes out there

I currently own Wicked (old formula), Inhibition and Frantic Pink. From the image on Beautylish's website I thought that Inhibition would be a browny nude/peach, however, when swatched/worn it is more of a pinky nude and has more depth than expected. Frantic pink is just your basic pale pinky peach (more on the pink side though) and is best I think for fair skin tones. I took a photo of my Inhibition though and compared it to a few other blushes in my collection which I thought were similar, but once swatched, they didn't look the same anymore. From top to bottom there is Surratt Rose du Soir, Tom Ford Inhibition, Marc Jacobs flesh & fantasy, and Becca's wild honey. I took the photo in bathroom lighting, so they look sorta dull but this way helps show the undertone better.

Good!

This palette is lovely, however, the shade which has some shimmer in it could really be improved. The mattes are all fantastic, buttery, and perfect (possibly the best mattes I've tried) however the shimmer shade applies slightly patchy, semi-sheer and not as well as the others. For the price, you'd expect every shade to be a++. Otherwise, I am happy with this palette, and I think that it is a great neutral palette to own.

soo soft

I actually LOVE this brush from this collection! It's super duper soft and feels like it should be more expensive. It deposits blush onto my cheeks with little to no effort! It really is quite lovely.

Review for 02 and 10

So I have two duos, 02 and 10, and I like both! 10 is my favorite but 02 is nice as well for when I'm feeling more pinky instead of peachy. The pigmentation is fantastic for the shades with the sheen in them (both in 10, and the right side in 02) but the matte pink in 02 is quite chalky and hard to work with. I think overall they are worth the price since you get two large blush pans which are very pigmented, but I would stick to buying a duo which has two sheen shades rather than two matte or one matte, since the matte ones really aren't that great. PS, I wish Natasha would have used a different blush color for all of these!! The left pan only has two color choices so it kinda blows if you like the right side from one duo and you already have a blush containing the left side. No one needs that much of the left color!!

Ehhhhh

I got both Liyan's Rose and Antique Rose a while back from ND's website, and even though their pigmentation is very good, the colors are so pale!! I feel like I look dead with them on, and the colors on the website aren't really accurate. They aren't sticky though which is nice, but the color does settle a bit in lip lines which doesn't make for a good look. In my photo, the left is Antique Rose and the right is Liyan's Rose. They were much more "intense" in person and AR looked ivory pink on my lips while LR looked like a fluorescent violet.

Tried 1, 2 and 3

I got a few samples to try out, and here is my review for them! Number 1 was very fair. If you are a pale person, you will love this. I mean I thought I was fair, but THIS was way too light for me!! It's best for you if you have neutral/yellow undertones. Number two was a bit better for me, but still too light. Also good for neutral/yellow undertones. Weird, as I remember using shade 2 from her other foundation in winter 2014 and it matched my winter skin well! I guess I must have a slight tan from when I went to Florida for Christmas in 2015! I tried shade 3 as well, and it felt like this was a good match, but only if the undertones were less peach/pink. I have yellow/olive undertones so the pink was no bueno. I think that shade 3.5 would be perfect for me, so I plan on ordering that soon. As for the actual foundation, the coverage is good and it feels very nice on the skin! It goes on well with a buffing brush, and leaves a very nice finish on the skin. Try it out if you get the chance!

WOWOWOWOWOW

Ok, this palette is SOOO DREAMY! All of the shadows are excellent and SO pigmented! The only thing is that you may need a stronger primer for the gold because it doesn't stay on too well if your eyelids are dry! I LOVE the shade "vintage" though, my goodness so gorgeous!

Thick and hydrating

This primer is super thick! I think the best way to describe it would be that it's like a thicker version of the hourglass mineral primer (if you've tried that before). It is hydrating, and absorbs super fast into the skin. I like that I can use it as a primer and moisturizer in the morning before my foundation application.
