LOVE

My husband bought this brush for me-(same address under my husbands account if the Team needs to verify purchase)

I'm just going to stick with Smith brushes from now on. They dont get nearly the hype that they deserve imo which I guess is good for me bc I dont have to worry about THEM BEING CONSTANTLY OUT OF STOCK-Unlike other brands of brushes on this site.

They're reasonably priced I LOVE their eyeshadow blending brushes much more so than the Sonia G eyeset I bought. I honestly regret purchasing those and should have just bought backups of these.

The personal way I rate my favorites is when all of my brushes are freshly washed out of all the options I have -i reach for my Smith brushes over everything else. I guess that makes me the odd man out with what's currently hyped up

I also want to mention that I dont demand that my brushes are the softest in the world. They aren't that. But they aren't scratchy either tho.

-I need my brushes to function and to feel like I'm actually accomplishing the act of moving stubborn product around on my eyes/ face in an ergonomical and convienient fashion.

This brush does the job once again. It fits within the hollows of my cheeks perfectly and is multi functional as a blush brush for bronzer you can set your powder with it etc. If you are a makeup artist or a consumer who is just starting out building your brush collection and you need a solid natural hair brand that looks professional and/or pretty on your vanity

if you want something which isn't going to completely destroy your bank account- Go for Smith. Easy to wash, provided you know what you're doing and you use brush guards afterwards. It fluffs out after a few washes into a beautiful shape.

I LOVE the luxurious look and feel of the handles. These are just a perfect midrange quality brand of brushes with shapes of the bristles which are easy and familiar for me to use. I saw they released a new collection on their website but am waiting for Beautylish to add them bc I'm too cheap to pay for shipping lol

No one is paying me to write them I just love them that much and really look forward to collecting them all from here on out.

😍😍😍

If you can get annnny shades from her the sparkling shades are just simply amazing.

I picked up a 5 pan of all metallics to go with my all matte safari. Industrial is my top favorite eyeshadow of all time. Aluminum a close second.

Its like wearing diamonds on your eyeballs. No other cheaper shadow comes close. It just doesn't. No- You cant dupe them. Sorry, as much as my wallet would love it you cannot.

HOLY OMG!!!!!!

I have been having HORRIBLE hormonal /cystic acne issues lately. So much so, that I've made an appointment with a dermatologist next month. I've inherited this lovely skin condition I've suffered with my entire life called "Keratosis Pelaris" on top of that. They're tiny red bumps on the backs of my arms and on my face - so it looks like red, ruddy rough patches on my cheeks and arms. The only thing I've found that diminishes their appearance (somewhat) is tanning.

Since I dont want to mess up my skin with tanning anymore, I'm back to the drawing board. I digress, I needed a new face cleanser, and since I really enjoy their face cleansing balm and a sample of Farmacy honey salve I recieved from Beautylish I decided to pick up their honey bee cleanser in Sephora ....and serendipitously I recieved a sample of this honey mask from The Sephora girl. I think I got it last Sunday- so almost a week ago. After cleaning my face with the cleanser- I decided, what the hell, might as well try the mask since my face is such a wreck right now.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!

This Honey mask is a miracle. That's all i can say. I want to cry and hug the founder in personal gratitude for what a radical change this honey potion has made on my poor, cystic acne hormonally inflamed, ruddy cheeked face in less than a WEEK.

After I dug into what was left of the remains of the tiny sephora sample for every last drop that I could use, I checked the price online, and my face fell in disappointment because I'm flat broke right now. I could NOT wait another week for payday, or wait over the weekend to recieve the $38 size in the mail (sorry Beautylish)

This mask is *THAT* good. The only size my local Sephora has in store is the largest jar for $56+ tax. I've been using this twice a day btw so that's why I used up the sample so quickly.

Like a damn lunatic, or a junkie scraping up money for a fix 😂 I scraped up the change from my change drawer, returned a couple of recent "meh" makeup purchases to Macys and I MADE IT HAPPEN. $$$

I hate returning stuff too, Just to get this honey miracle Mask!!!

I'm not sure that it treated my acne.

It definitely reduced the redness and inflammation tho. HOWEVER the red ruddy patches on my skin are disappearing. For the first time in my life, my cheeks feel smooth, my face feels more hydrated and plump. The warm tingling almost burning feeling made me wary at first, but after the 3rd or 4th application I dont even notice it anymore.

I am so in love with this product, that after going a whole day and a half without it, I eagerly unwrapped the packaging and put it on in the car for my drive home (at 9pm. ) I use this twice a day- Once in the morning once at night. If my face (or wallet) tells me to chill out a bit I'll reduce it to once a day, or once every other day. Yes, $56 is expensive. I live in Seattle so the climate really does a number on my skin. If anyone reading this suffers from what I'm suffering from-give this a shot.

It's worth skipping out on another eyeshadow palette, or ....like one lipstick from Tom Ford😂 or a few lattes for a couple of weeks.

Take whatever else you have sitting in your Beautylish cart and press "save for later" and get this if you feel squeamish about the price. Ask for a sample. Their official website also has great deals too.

I cannot wait to be able to afford to add other products into my routine.

One thing is for sure- I cant ever imagine not having this honey potion mask on my vanity. The packaging is super cute bonus too. Farmacy could sell this in a plastic Garbage bag and I'd still buy it. I'm going to use it on the backs of my arms just to see what happens and I'll update my review. I cant think of enough glowing praises to write down. I definitely see why their "Best Of" limited edition packages with multiple products are always sold out. 11/10 for me.

I really like this

Perfect for smaller/hooded lids. My very first natural hair brush that I ever bought on beautylish, and I dont regret it. Washes well, very simple and easy to manuever

3.5 stars

I do objectively appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of this brush. It hasn't seen enough washings yet to really discover how it ultimately forms.

it's a bit too big and too dense for my smaller eyes and hooded shape tho. I look forward to the worker pro restock. That doesn't mean this brush is bad, it's just not a brush that is the best tool for me *personally*

edit

Recieved my brush guards, and learned a great tip about using a wee bit of aloe vera gel to "train the hair" using an upwards motion starting at the ferrule before placing it in my brush guards to dry.

A very solid brand indeed.

WOW

I dont think I've purchased a single product off of Beautylish that I've hated, or returned..yet.

This foundation is AMAZING!!@! My skin is as dry as the desert in the winter air/ Pacific Northwest

Now couple that with the fact that foundation shopping is about as pleasant as shopping for a bra to me. 😐

Worse when you have to do it online.

Thankfully, the team at Beautylish is flippen amazing and I didnt know that you can set up a consultation with the wonderfu,l amazing lovely kind patient FABULOUS Beautylish rep who sent me out teeny samples to swatch so to avoid the hassle of returns.

(I need her name by the way she was so great) She helped me narrow down my shade in #20

This foundation is the best that Ive ever tried.

It's not full coverage- it's a lighter coverage which evens out the skin and it just gives me this healthy youthful natural glow.

A Heavier coverage for me with my dry skin issues and texture makes me run for the Hills, at my age anyway.

The Rep also sent me out a sample of her hydrating underbase, and they pair beautifully together. I watched Wayne Goss video on how to properly apply foundation and that really helped. This hydrating face base is ...wow. It might even replace my Bobby brown face products.!!

With the proper techniques and face prep I have no cake face, no exaggerated dry patches, nothing. As a woman in my early 30s this hydrated youthful glow is much appreciated. I feel like myself again.

I will definitely be purchasing the full size of the underbase next. She needs to make a great finishing powder and then I'll be set!

I already love her eyeshadows, but I'm officially blown away with how beautiful and naturally glow is.

To be frank, I almost gave up on foundation...(and bras lol)

Im no exceptionally experienced foundation connosior, but I've tried enough, and the only ones that seemed to work is Bobby Brown longwear even finish but she puts lavender in her formula and it makes me break out and it just pisses my face off in general.

Now to this. This is officially my ride or die. ND seems to nail her face products for me so far just as much as she does with her eyeshadows.

I'm secretly afraid that my lucky streak of buying good products on BL will run out!

This foundation isnt for you, if you prefer a full coverage matte finish, or if you have oily skin or need scars covered up etc Yeah...no. But for us frustrated dry girls...looking for a glow and light coverage of red spots etc etc

👉YES YES YES. 👈

FTR I do have a case of lovely PMS face, and it certainly covered up the redness. I'll update with pics soon.

The texture is a bit creamier/ thicker and its tacky which can be buffed/ set with a good quality powder.

First I warm it up with my fingers and then gently apply to the face, in a massaging motion then to further blend it u can either use a damp sponge or a kabuki style flat top brush. You get more coverage with the kabuki tho.

I imagine its tackier bc of all of the hydrating properties in it.

It lasts all day on me and it wears beautifully at the end of the night. Doesnt break up on my nose or anything like that.

I Love love LOVE this foundation😍🤗😍

My only gripes would be probably the packaging. I'm not a huge fan of the tube with a pump; I'd personally prefer a bottle. Seems to be the case across the board with more CC cream type foundations so perhaps theres a reason ingredients wise to package them this way.

I also wish there was a bit more product, but 1.1 oz is fair, and is also pretty standard.

The price is actually pretty good considering ND is a highend brand.

I'll cheerfully purchase it again and again and probably will have to pick up a second for my summer shades.

YAY

I'm officially in love with Smith brushes. we can get married.

This one is larger and fluffier and softer vs the 230 so it's a perfect crease brush for bigger eyes and a perfect pairing to use this in your lineup esp....for beginners. The way they have designed their brushes is very comprehensive too. 1) fluffy 230 brush 2) smaller 232 fluffy crease brush 3)247

Now these brushes wont be a good fit for you if you're a type a personality, who prefers them to maintain perfect appearance and shape. I dont mind that as long as the tools get the job done properly.

Brush guards are necessary for the 232 and 230 bc the hairs will splay if the get wet.

They're not super extra soft like Sonia G brushes, (price is reflected in that) but it's kind of what I like about them; they give me a sense of grit or a grip as another reviewer pointed out which helps to blend out my more stubborn shadows. I adore the size, shape and aesthetic of the handles. I cannot wait to slowly build up my Smith brush collection. uugh if I had more money in would buy them all immediately.

This was my third purchase. Did I mention I love these brushes? xoxoxo

This is a great palette. Sorry, I call b.s on hitting pan after one/ two uses. My favorite palette of all the ABH palettes hands down. I've had this palette for almost a year, and I'm. nowhere near hitting pan.

love it!!

Smith cosmetics brushes are quickly becoming my favorite brand of brushes.

I love how affordable they are in relation to other brands within this range, and they just 👏get 👏the 👏job👏 done.

I love the handle size, the aesthetics, the way they feel in my hand.

This is a great soft brush for smaller eyes that works great for laying down products as well as smudging and smoking out the lower lashline. I absolutely understand why Youtubers reccomend them. They're just a solid brand of brushes. Definitely purchase brush guards with these after washing.
