Weak Glue

I bought this set as soon as it launched and didn't expect a whole lot considering the price, but low and behold the eye brushes have been fantastic. I am very careful with my brushes and use cinema secrets or parian spirit brush cleaner to clean rather than water since soap and water on brush head can cause unwanted damage to the glue, however after weekly cleaning the powder knot brush has completely detached even without water or wet cleaning making it unusable. I didn't expect a lot, but assumed I would get more than 6 months use of of these, thus the low rating. Tread carefully.

thick texture

This color is a bit paler and warmer than what I had expected. I never swatched it in real life, so I will suck it up and blame my monitor calibration. It is easily dupable and found it to be almost a perfect match to my Descanso lip pencil by Nars. However, Bitch Perfect applies so thick that it is extremely off putting for such a pale shade. It looks way cheap on me (NC 20/25), but think it would look great on someone with a darker olive skin tone.

4 Fair for NC 20/25 skin

I love this foundation. It has an amazing finish that I have yet to find in other brands. It's slightly more dewy compared to YSL Touche Éclat Le Teint Foundation (B30) but lasts longer and has a better finish and more even medium coverage. It also sets well with Charlotte Tilbury's Air Brush powder (usually under my eyes + T-zone). The only drawback is that it transfers like crazy. As long as you don't talk on the phone or are out trying on clothes it will stay fine and you don't need to worry. It can be worn with or without primer, but pairs well with the Cover FX anti-aging primer. I have applied it by hand, with a BB and a Marc Jacobs buffing brush and they all work well. It sheers out bets with the BB though. It also photographs like a dream.

2 Med for NC 20/25 skin

This power is great, it really is. It doesn't dry out my skin it applies great with the CHIKUHODO Passion Series PS-1 Powder brush and doesn't cake up at all. It's also translucent enough to fresh all day long even after late night reapplication. However, the compact is a finger print magnet and that bothers me to a certain degree. I also find if I get a little heavy handed it will sink into my eye creases, but sets well with Fix+ or Skindinavia spray.

Fun multi-purpose brush

Excellent quality, this tightly packed dome brush works well with whatever you throw its way. From applying a base shadow, to blending both eye shadow and concealer to blending around the nose or the corner of your eyes this brush will get the job done. I find that I use it mostly for blending my outer crease and it works like magic. Since it is packed so tight it holds its shape very well and does not shed at all. The softness also allows you to work it to death without irritating sensitive facial skin. I really love it, but also recognize it's not a necessary brush to own. It's a fun multi-purpose brush to own but I find I use it more when I travel compared to when it's sitting on my vanity at home.

Excellent!

After buying the PS-2 cheek brush, I was kicking myself for not buying the Passion Series set. The brushes are truly out of this world. I love how the handles are slightly shorter than American brushes, it allows myself to get better leverage and I find I am less likely to over apply powder. I use this brush as my last step, usually to apply Guerlain pressed Meteorites or Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush power and it works well with both. It blends like a dream and really takes my make up game a notch. It also cleans well, and while I use brush guards to help reshape after washing (and traveling) I don't think it is necessary since it has yet to splay, shed or loose shape. It honestly looks and feels as it did right out of the beautifully packed Beutylish box.

Excellent!

I have tried every gel liner under the sun since I have been sporting wings since the mid-90s and never looked back after day 1 with this stuff. This is by far the best there is. After 6 months of use, I have more than half of my container left (but will prob toss soon it due to sanitary reasons). I have found that if you stick to an edge of the container and work your way in it will *not* dry out. The coverage is amazing, one swipe and a few touch ups here and there and you are golden, I love how it does not have to be built up to become opaque so it looks fresh and never cakey or worse- flakey. It lasts all day long and usually doesn't start fading until well after 8-10 hours of wear. It can be a B to remove, but usually just letting a cotton round with oil-free makeup remover sit for 10-20 seconds will take it off in a single swipe. I am very impressed!

More pink than I had expected

This pencil is very pink, or at least shows up that way on my NC-25 skin. It works very well with the Bitch Perfect lippy, but cannot hold a candle to MAC pencils. It does not last nearly as long as I would like, however, it applies so smooth that it's hard to complain.

I'm torn

So the mintiness of this little gem (slightly larger than a Carmex container) is lovely; It tastes of a true spearmint. However- I think it would be a 5-star product if the sugar granules were smaller. I find it to be a bit too chunky for my liking so I don't use it as much as I thought I would since it tends to crumble and is hard to get out of the container. I found that a spatula fixes this issue, and it would be nice if it came with one. I think that it would be super easy to make a homemade version and be just as happy, but ya know, convenience and what not.

Lasts For-eve-er

I find that this works really well for both a pre-cleaning step as well as the last step to get pesky raccoon eyes taken care of. I will say while the product is amazing the pump drives me crazy. I usually use cotton rounds and 9 times out of 10 the pump with squirt out the sides and make a mess. Even so, a single pump will usually take care of a full face of makeup so I pick my battles. I have had my pump bottle for 6 months and have about a 1/3 of the bottle left after using it almost daily, making it cost effective and a product worth considering.
