I was so excited about this powder ! The packaging is beautiful. The brush was horrible and very coarse . Powder was more white than pink . Consistency felt chalky and extremely dry on my already dry skin. I moisturize and apply light foundation and never had any other powder emphasize dry areas and settle in my fine lines. I tried different brushes and puff with awful results for such a pricy brand . Sadly it will be going back .
I absolutely love Becca products . I love their 3 pan small face palettes because they’re good for touch up and easily fits in an evening bag . As for this palette I love the colors going from light shimmery shades to the dark bronze which I use a lot as contour . The brighter pinks to apple of cheeks and finish off with their amazing highlighter shades . They blend so easily due to creamy texture . When traveling no need for a big eyeshadow palette, I use these as eyeshadow as well . With limited edition color icicle perfect for brow bone , cheek bone and inner eye corners. This is and outstanding deal ! Not 1 color you know you will never touch . All these get used . The dreaded WARNING: they do break easy . You can salvage some breaks by gathering intact pieces in compact and add tiny drop of alcohol then gently mold it pressing it down . Good as new . Products amazing and versatile . When compared to Anasthasia just as pigmented but Becca blends much nicer , dewier without chalkboard face lol . I honestly think I’m obsessed with glow period . Becca never disappoints and Beautylish is above in excellent customer service. Yes ! Would recommend 💫
I have several Charlotte Tilbury products . By far one of my favorite makeup lines . These lipsticks are extremely pigmented and creamy. Pillow talk is a beautiful shade in the Rose/nudes family . For the beige nudes I recommend bitch perfect . They’re my go to lipsticks for everyday use . Wonderful texture and packaging is pure luxury . A definite must have for lippie lovers .
I had been eyeing this product for some time but was a little hesitant due to the price . My skin is quite dull with uneven tones mostly darkened areas around cheeks . I found the product very sheer with subtle glow . I can't use it alone as I had hoped because it does not cover hypigmented areas . Your skin does glow nicely but other less expensive products will do the same . I decided to mix with BB cream which seems to work better as far as coverage. For me personally it was not worth price. I will finish but not re purchase.
I love Anna Sui products and was very excited about trying this . This is the same concept as Macs prep & prime in a compact. I had not tried either one . I ordered the Mac one and before I received it I saw this and had to try . Now this product is tiny . You really do need something to scoop it . It’s lumpy and even warming up with fingers , it did not spread well on my skin . It clumps up and settles in creases . It does make your skin extremely soft . Now after I received the Mac one it worked beautifully because I realized it was much more of an oily consistency. So the difference is that due to my dry skin the Anna Sui product was a bit too dry to spread . I planned returning it but my daughter has oily skin and absolutely loved the this product and worked great on her . So I believe this product will work great on normal to oily skin but not on dry skin types . I’m glad she was able to use .
I wanted to love this because I've wanting to find an illuminating stick to just throw in my bag and go. This shade has hardly any pigment . I like that "wow" facto . You can build it up but then there goes anything else applied underneath it. I do have dry skin and just ends up all clumped up. For this price you're getting very small product . So it's going back which I hate to do. I love this site and I would give 5 stars just for their customer service . So this little " fail " is going back
I'm a huge Jeffree fan and hard to be disappointed with his liquid lipsticks. I fist saw this and thought " Barbie " which is usually what I like about pinks . This color was like something I stole out of my Mom's makeup drawer 20 yrs ago . My personal experience was far from " Barbie " this color is like a hot pink with deep fuchsia under tones . I've seen it on other people and love it . Just not for me. Also though nicely pigmented , it's a bit runny unlike his older shades. Still love Jeffree and as always Beautylish has by far the best customer service .
I love Becca products , but I guess I'm used to the lots of shimmer and glow highlighters . These colors are beautiful with lots of pigment but if you're looking for a Highlight Palette this is not it . Nice color but if you want a dramatic look then a highlight would have to be added over this blush . I love the packaging as always with their products , but definitely more of a day look .
