Beauty Product Reviews

It does what more expensive brands promise and fail to deliver...

I've always had a love/hate relationship with liquid liners- I love them but they hate my oily lids. Until now. This formula goes on a treat and once died it does not budge. I can make it through a full day in the office and a trip to the gym without worrying where my eyeliner may or may not have wandered to throughout the day.

The tapered sponge-tip makes application a cinch, even for my unsteady hands, and gives you the ability to draw on the finest line, a full on cat eye or anything in between.

It loses half a star due to the very limited colour selection but black and brown work for most days so I can't complain too much!

Didn't live up to the hype

I used this sparingly and set it with a light dusting of translucent powder. After only an hour of wear I was horrified to find that my concealer had settled into my creases and then would. not. budge. Not exactly what I had in mind when they said my concealer would stay put.

The perfect neutral

My go-to shade for those days when I want a natural eye look. It's got just enough colour to brighten the eyes without making you look 'done'. In a pinch it can also double as a brow highlighter or to open up the inner corners of the eyes.

Good for a lighter exfoliation

After a lot of trial and error I found that this works best on damp, not dripping wet, skin. The granules are small and the formula is very thick but I struggled to build up enough friction when in the shower. That said, once I got the hang of it I was reletively happy with this product. It's not strong enough so my 'winter skin' though so, for now, it's being relegated back to my product box. I'll give it another go come summer when a lighter exfoliation will do.
