i just did this with out the stamp! i used a scrap piece of tulle and to lightly add the polish i used a make up sponge! came out great!

no, when I originally bought my stamping stuff I didn't know about BM. My stamper and scraper are from Konad.

Im going to do a tutorial for it soon.. but it's random drops of polish on the stamp, then stamped on the nail.
