I love this look. What are your go to colored eyeliners? This blue is beautiful! I NEED it. =)

Thank you Vanessa (: This navy blue liner is actually an eyeshadow called China Blue from NARS. I tend to make colored eyeliners myself because there are so many eyeshadow colors to choose from! All I do is scrape a bit of the eyeshadow from edge of the pan (using tweezers or the back of a brush) onto a flat surface and mix it with a bit of fix + or water is fine. If I want the eye liner to last all day, I would mix it with MUFE's Eye Seal because it's waterproof and it'll really stay put x

yeah the inglot one dries really hard and it starts to crack on your waterline and just come off. you should set the jumbo eyepencil with a white eyeshadow though so it lasts longer (:
