Hey love! I just saw you are trying to get your needle☺️ it took me forever but do a right split and lean back also if you have a over right split that helps a lot! Grab lowers and take a scarf tie around your ankle and pull up untill you have a needle and keep shorting the scarf untill your holding your own anke
