Beauty Product Reviews
Staple concealer, for now.
This is a fantastic concealer for basic concealing. The coverage is pretty great but doesn't do miracles. It's also not really drying but if you put tons on a blemish, it will start drying your skin in that area, but that's a given with any makeup and me. This is currently one of my favourite concealers for blemishes but I'm going to be trying other concealers which I have a feeling I will love. But still, I think this is a fantastic concealer!
I always come back to this!
I always loved this product but then I went through a phase when I felt that this colour was too gold for my skin tone, so I moved on to the Make Up For Ever Aqua Creams. But then after using them for a while, I went back to the Paint Pot and fell in love all over again. The formula of the Paint Pots is just absolutely amazing and now I don't want to use anything else. The only downside is that for me with oily eyelids, it's fundamental that I use a primer, because it will just crease pretty quickly, but for me that is a given with any sort of makeup that goes on my lid. But now I'm back to loving this shade, it's great on it's own or as a base and I love it!
One of my favourite lip products!
I love these, especially the shade Bare Again which is my 'my lip colour but better' lip stick! They feel so smooth and in my opinion are very compatible to the Revlon Lip Butters but I like the MAC's colour selection more than the Revlon Lip Butters. The Sheen Supreme lipsticks are just that perfect hybrid lip product between a lipstick, lipgloss and lipbalm. The only downside in my opinion is that they settle into the lip lines after longer wear. But in the end, I don't mind because the product is so amazing!
All time favourite eyeshadow!
This is the most essential eyeshadow colour ever! It goes with everything and is very natural! Probably best first time MAC eyeshadow recommendation. I think this would work on any skin tone. Beautiful champagne colour, I wear this everyday to school, just soooo beautiful! Definitely a collection must have!
These three brushes are fantastic! Especially for blending. I like to use the flat top kabuki for liquid foundation and it gives a really flawless finish. The angled top kabuki is good for blending cream blush and I like to use the round top kabuki for blending my cream highlighter.
I love this, I have tried many primers that claim to compare but no other does. I have extremely oily eyelids so out of all the primers I have tried, this is one that has so far had the best results. It lasts around 5 to 7 hours, depending what I'm doing. My only pet peeve is the packaging, it is super cute but I find the doe-foot applicator a little annoying, I'd prefer it in a tube or pot.
