There’s no greater challenge in life than having the power to control your actions, emotions, and impulses. Becoming the best version of you takes great study and is a life-long commitment. But, in the end, as author Dr. Sandy Brewer says, “It’s always worth the price of admission.”And as a true health-nut, I’m always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge about fitness and health. I want to continue to deepen my understanding about myself, and those of my clients.
Since I’m an avid reader, I thought I’d share some of my all-time-favorite fitness and health books that have inspired and helped me gain new perspective over the years. Some are new and others are oldies—regardless, they’re must-haves for your bookshelf. So without further adieu, and in no particular order, check out my top 15 “healthy” reads.
