"Many people have this idea that if you have natural hair, conditioning is not necessary or not as important as when your hair is relaxed—not true! You must condition your natural hair regularly. Motions Deep Penetrating Treatment is one of my favorites!  Also, choose your tools wisely. The coarser the hair, the wider the teeth when it comes to your combs. And I always say that detangling should happen in phases. It should start while the conditioner is in your hair, then again after you rinse by using a wide tooth comb to detangle sections.  A great at home remedy to enhance shine and health is your basic household olive oil. This can be used as a treatment by applying a small amount to hair, followed by about 20 minutes under your blow dryer. Then you can shampoo and style as you normally would."
