Nothing beats UDPP if you have oily skin!

I have super-oily skin and my eye shadow slides right off in 15 minutes if I don't use this. It's the perfect base for eye shadow and makes it last hours upon hours, especially if I apply my e/s with a slightly wet brush. The ONLY reason I give this less than 5 stars is because it can dry out my eye lids in the colder, drier months and make my skin a bit itchy. (So I use MAC Paint Pots during those seasons). But in the summer and heat, when everything else is melting off of your face, UDPP will keep your e/s in tact! Highly recommend :)

Best color choices and pigmentation

MAC blushes have the right amount of pigmentation and such a huge selection of colors that it's impossible not to fall in love with at least one (or 5, or 10). My favorites are Peaches and Fleur Power. Even the Sheertone colors have great color payoff. I like the matte ones the best because I have oily skin and any blushes with shimmer tend to turn "muddy" on me. I only need to swirl a tiny bit of product onto my brush and it's enough- and it lasts pretty long on me. If you haven't tried a MAC blush yet, you're missing out!

This is the only foundation that works for me!

PROS: Natural-looking (except in flash photographs... see below) Cheap (about $10) Doesn't break me out at all (which is a miracle) Caramel Beige W7 matches my NC40 skin tone perfectly Medium coverage evens out my skin tone Blends very easily

CONS: Contains SPF which looks bad in pictures with flash Can get greasy and make me look shiny after a few hours Not long-lasting unless set with a loose powder (I use MAC Select Sheer) Still need to use a concealer

Application: For the best coverage, I dab a bit on each part of my face and then use my MAC 187 brush to buff it in lightly, in circles.

I've been using this foundation for 6 or 7 years because I haven't been able to find one that works better for me (every foundation at Sephora or MAC either breaks me out from all the heavy silicones or doesn't match my skin tone well enough). It's not perfect but I'll continue to use it until I find something better. I haven't tried MAC Matchmaster, Chanel, or Armani foundations yet so I have my fingers crossed.

Great eye shadow primer!

I have Rubenesque, Soft Ochre, and Bare Study and they're all great bases for eye shadow in the colder months, when my Urban Decay Primer Potion is too drying for my skin. UDPP is better for warmer months, though, because it doesn't "melt" in the heat and sun, like Paint Pots do. The only things I don't like about Paint Pots are that they can dry out and that the jar isn't as hygienic as a squeeze tube like the one UDPP comes in now. I like that Paint Pots come in lots of colors, though, and that they can be used as highlighters, too :)

Best Bang for Your Buck! ;)

I LOVE this stuff... I have pretty bad dark circles and a tiny bit of wrinkling happening under the inner corner of my eye (*sigh*) and this the best full-coverage liquid concealer I've tried. It lasts about 8 hours on me, it's so much easier to work with than other full-coverage concealers that dry up before you can blink, and you get a TON of product for about $6. I'm NC40 so I bought this in "Tan". I dab a tiny tiiiiny amount under each eye with my finger and then use a foundation brush to stipple it in. It's a bit light for me but I found that if I stipple my foundation on top of this, it ends up being the right color for my skin. Then I take a tiny bit of my MAC Select Sheer Loose Powder and lightly tap it on top of the concealer/foundation combo to set it. The pencil is awesome, too, because it's the perfect shade and waxy consistency for me to use to hide pimples, scars, or wrinkles like my "parentheses" creases at both sides of my nose and mouth (bless you, Enkore, for that tutorial video!). The best part of this concealer and pencil kit? It doesn't break me out at ALL! (And I break out if you breathe on me wrong!) So stop reading and order this at Walmart.com (shipping is free). You won't be sorry!!

Pretty good by itself- AMAZING when layered over L'Oreal Telescopic!

I tried this at Sephora on top of the L'Oreal Telescopic mascara I was already wearing and it blew me away!!!! My lashes looked really, REALLY long, thick, dark, separated, and FAKE (in a good way). I had to buy it... but when I tried it the next morning by itself it wasn't as impressive. It still defined every lash and made my lashes look really long but I didn't get that "fake" look and my lashes didn't look as "buxom" as they did when I tested this over my regular mascara. I have stick-straight, short Asian lashes so maybe it's just my type of eyelashes that gives me a hard time finding the perfect mascara. Anyway- I couldn't give this 5 stars because it doesn't work as well by itself but I definitely recommend trying this mascara over a lengthening mascara like L'Oreal Telescopic and it'll look CRAZY good :)

Perfect matte bronzer!

I was looking for a non-orange matte bronzer because the one I was using was too sheer, too shimmery, and too orange-y. Plus my oily skin made it look "muddy" after a few hours and I found out that matte formulas don't give you that problem. This one is perfect- the pigment is great and the color is buildable. It's not too orange and not too brown- and it's a great shade to use for contouring my NC35-40 skin. It might be too dark for really fair skin but I think that if it's used lightly and blended well it would give lighter skin tone a nice sunkissed look. It also gets extra points for smelling like chocolate (because it has cocoa powder in it), having a good amount of product for your money, and not having silicones or other ingredients that break me out :)

The perfect lip gloss for lipstick lovers!

I love, love, LOVE this lip gloss- it's exactly what I was looking for. It's more like a liquid lipstick than a lip gloss. I wanted the shine of a lip gloss but the pigment of a lipstick and that's exactly what this has! I usually wear nude lipstick (Lancome "Exposed") because most lip glosses I've tried are way too sheer, too sticky, and don't last very long. I bought this from Sephora on a whim today and the "Nirvana" shade is a perfect pinkish nude for my NC35-40 skin tone. I'm so happy that I found this because I haven't heard much hype about this gloss but I think it blows Nars lip gloss away as far as pigment and flavor. It doesn't have that gross plastic-y taste that Nars and other glosses have, either. I like that there's no glitter or frost to it because it makes it perfect for everyday use, like at the office, and I can always put a shimmery gloss like Bare Escentuals "Sugar Cookie" on top to add sparkle for night time. I'm definitely going back for more colors- I just wish they had more shades. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a liquid lipstick-type of gloss.

My absolute favorite black e/s!

I love everything about this eyeshadow! It's easy to blend, super pigmented, it lasts longer on my oily skin than any of my other e/s, it's not too matte and not too shimmery- just the right amount of sheen. Definitely my new favorite black e/s. I've been looking for a shade of black that doesn't look too chalky or grey on my skintone and this one is perfect! I'm definitely going to buy more colors from UD's Deluxe line!

Can't live without this - it's the BEST heat protectant/styling spray!

Thanks, BeautyLish, for adding this for me! =) This product is a miracle in a bottle! I bought this spray in "medium hold" because I thought the "firm hold" might make my hair feel crunchy and hard and I thought the "soft hold" might not hold my style well enough because my stick-straight hair is pretty resistant to curling irons. The spray protects my hair from the high heat of styling tools and it holds my style FOREVER (or at least until the next time I wash my hair). Also, I have highlighted hair with some breakage and flyaways so I used to use pomade to make my frizzies less noticeable but that weighed down my hair and made it look greasy. This spray makes makes my hair look smooth and really healthy and shiny after heat styling. The "medium hold" spray can be used on wet or dry hair but I only use straightening/curling irons when my hair is dry. The section of hair that you're styling feels a little stiff and sticky when you first spray it but I just run my fingers through my hair a little after I'm done using the straightener or curling iron on it and my hair looks great and feels natural, no stiffness or stickiness. My flyaways and any split-ends don't show at all after I use this, my hair just looks really shiny and healthy and so polished. I have been getting so many compliments on my hair since I started using this. I don't know why more people don't know about this line of products (especially since it's used by celebrities stylists for tv shows like "Dancing with The Stars" and "Vampire Diaries") but I'm definitely going to tell everyone about it. The spray smells really nice, too. I would definitely recommend this to ANYONE who uses heat on their hair! I plan on trying the White Sands Smudge Texture Cream, the Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner, and their Infinity Hairspray soon, too. Love, love, love this stuff!
