I use this after I do my foundation & concealer. I definitely don't put this all over my face because it does tend to wash my out/ make my face whiter than I am, but I use this under my eye's over my concealer to set it, and it works great! & it does an amazing job brightening my under eyes! :)

This was the first mascara I ever bought/wore & I fell in love immediately. I still buy it, & I can't run out! It's a great everyday mascara. It doesn't make your lashes look like falsies, or anything its a good natural mascara!
