Beauty Product Reviews

Pleasantly Surprised!!

I went to Sephora where I swatched it for the first time, but wasn't looking to buy it yet! Glad I waited until Ulta had a super sale and decided to get it then. The trick is that a little goes a long way. Make sure that your eye lids are clean and then apply the primer. It goes on like a second layer of skin and leaves no chalky residue when it sets. Be sure to apply evenly. Definitely recommend other to try!

Lovely colors, but where did the glitters go?

I picked up a few of the polishes from this collection: Mermaid Tears, Skull & Glossbones, Planks a lot and Sparrow me the Drama. All of them are nice colors, but when I think of the movie..... I don't see why OPI didn't add some type of glitters or even shimmers??? yes the silver shatter was promoted with the collection, but I was really hopping for more glitz with the collection. So to compensate my lack of glitter, I would use some of my other glitter polishes over them to make them more "piratey" for me :)

Better than the average shave cream

I had to admit that the first time I used it, I was not impressed :( After a while I decided to try it again because I had been at the beach and my legs felt dry after a few days and It must have been the change in razor but my legs did feel smoother and no razor bumps. Goes to show, sometimes you have to try a product a couple times before giving it a bad review.

Adorable ball of lip moisture!

I bought my first EOS over 2 months ago after watching some reviews on youtube. I was at Target when I saw it for about $3. As soon as applied it...... ahhh, so smooth and the flavor was fruitty which I thought would kinda turn me off, but on the contrary, its one of my favorite things about it. My best experience was after I exfoliated my lips and decided to apply this one instead of the Rose balm with mint and my lips felt smooth and kissable (says my husband). Affordable and will be buying more!

Must have and I hope they make permanent!

I can't add more awesomeness to this palette. I bought this for my sister last year and after seeing how much she liked it, I had to get one for myself. I really hope its made part of the permanent line!

Beautiful color and application!

I can't say enough about how great these blushes apply and look! They are flattering on everyone and all my clients love how the color looks on pictures. There is no powdery look or feel and you can blend them easily. I use Burnt Caramel as a contour color with Lust or Flushed on top. PurseBuzz did a great review on these blushes! <3 <3 <3

Perfect for travel

This is a great palette to take makeup on the go. Its small enough to fit in a large purse, but big enough to hold a 1 face powder, 1 blush and 3 eye shadows. Just like the picture shows. I use mine for eye shadows as a makeup artist. My only wish is that it will be bigger or more sizes to choose from. It would take this product form everyday use to pro-use. As a bonus, the clear lid is awesome to see what you have inside.

Don't be fooled by the pink tint!

This is my absolute favorite base coat! I have OPI and Seche Base Coats, but for some reason I reach for this the most and have no complaints. My color stays on longer with this base coat. I don't know why its tinted but it does prevent the nail polish from staining my nails, especially when I wear intense colors.

Liquid smooth!

I used this for the first time on a client a few weeks ago and was surprised that it had a liquid like consistency compared to other primers that are thicker and you have to make sure you work well on the face. Its lightweight and clear. Makeup stayed put too!
