DIY: A Dress Makeover - How to Style a Dress

In this video I show how to renovate your old dress into a unique and fun piece. Recycling old clothes will freshen up your wardrobe, save you money and help save the environment. It is a great way to use your imagination and creativity.
Show More In this video I show how to renovate your old dress into a unique and fun piece. Recycling old clothes will freshen up your wardrobe, save you money and help save the environment. It is a great way to use your imagination and creativity.

Steps in this Dress Makeover:
- I create a bow back cut out detailing on my dress
- I showe you how to tie up a bow from a ribbon
- I draw candies using fabric markers on the bottom of my skirt
- I make a cute folded detail with bows on the sleeves
- And finally, I make a folded detail on the bottom of the dress to give it an asymmetric lower part.

This dress makeover is an entry video for The You Generation Stylist Contest.
