Ladies, I'm kicking off a Healthy Hair Challenge just in time for Mother's Day! Look good and have time to do you boo!

This healthy hair challenge is a twists challenge. If you choose to participate, you'll wear your hair in some form of twists for the next 30 days. The idea is low manipulation for a month. This will help you to retain length as well.

Although, I'm kicking this off with the idea that moms don't have enough time as it is, never mind hair care. You can participate even if you are not a mom!

This challenge is the precursor for an official challenge which will be announced in week 3 of the twists challenge.

The Twists Challenge will run from May 12-June 10.

Rules are simple:

* Wear your hair in some form of twists for the next 30 days
* Wash hair no more than once during the week with twists in OR re-twist after washing
* Only ret-wist fuzzy twists as needed. REMEMBER: Low manipulation

The official hair care challenge (WITH PRIZES) will be announced toward the end of the twists challenge.
