In early October 2012 I was contacted by Marcelo Camberos of MyGlam! He told me he had seen my video and that they were sorry for what had happened. He offered to send me two bags as an added gift; and invited me to try them again in the future. I had thought about filming the unboxing, but wasn't sure if that was right since I am not subscribed right now. I also thought that might have been confusing for those of you who knew I had cancelled months back!
I think it's awesome they actually watched my video and took the time to reach out to me not only apologizing, but admitting they were wrong! A lot of you have commented that this is a PR stunt from the company or in some way you are all owed something for free. I completely agree! I think they should have apologized to everyone but think about the fact that they actually saw my video and felt the need to contact me? I must have said something that struck a nerve with them! I was stating things that happened to more than just me and they admitted they messed up. I am not defending them or endorsing them in any way. I felt it was only fair to let you guys know the most recent developments with My Glam aka Ipsy since they apologized to me.
