About how much do you use to try it as a hair mask? I went and got this exact coconut oil from my Trader Joes :) after seeing this. I've been reading things online about it also. It's some amazing stuff and can't wait to begin incorporating it!

Hey!! That's so awesome to hear. :-) I'm glad you're giving it a try. There is no set amount of times per week to use as a hair mask. I like to use it once or twice a week, but you could use it more or less times per week. It all just depends on how your hair handles it and reacts :-)

Nope, it doesn't have to be from Trader Joe's. I like Trader Joe's, only because I really trust their brand and how pure the oil is, but you could get it somewhere else. Just make sure it says "virgin" or "extra virgin" and that it's cold pressed. Lots of different places sell it. :-)
