just a suggestion...u could get the job done sooo much faster if u use acrylic paint instead! it will dry faster and is more workable! and wont ruin the brushes as fast! Loved your idea though . and instead of globbing the polish/laquer on top of the color just polish over it so it isn't bumpy :)

i didnt have any problems with the polish drying,dried pretty quick for me,and when the dots dried they werent bumpy but thanks for the suggestions .. i do use acrylic paints but usually for when i do more detailed work
