Healthy Grocery Shopping on a Budget (Save money + eat healthy :) )

Obviously its a bit inconveniant to be running around shopping for groceries, but generally thats the trade off (convenience vs cost). But because I don't like wasting too much time I buy things that can last in bulk at costco (so the oatmeal + meat).

For produce/fruit I go shopping weekly at Korean super markets. I always buy bananas and lettuces but everything else (especially fruit) I try to get whatever is in season. If you don't live near one, do some research and find out what stores near you offer high quality vegetables for an affordable price :) If you live near a korean grocery market, go! Its SO cheap and high quality. 2 head lettuce/ dollar, 4 crowns of broccoli for a dollar etc. Its worth the drive
