Do you notice a difference in wear time between acrylic paint and nail polish? And what is the best top coat for nail design? I like the look of this design.

Thanks! As long as top coat is used to seal it in I find that acrylic paint lasts just as long as nail polish as long as its not really thick. I use Out The Door as my top coat.
