CND Shellac sheer colors for french, to use alone, or with this nail white pencil technique. This pencil, developed in the 20's, goes in and out of fashion but thanks to an aunt, I've used it forever! Manufacturers come and go on this product - I'm currently using the Sally Hansen version. I'll show you how easy this is to bump up your Shellac manicure to switch out the look from overall polish to a natural french. It's easy, it's temporary, and it is simple to reapply.
