Last month, I selected a focus word for the new year. Today I'm explaining the power behind this action and challenging you to do the same. Watch the video to get a better idea on how to select your word and then (if you feel comfortable) please share it in the comments.

My word is consistency. It's the one character trait that I feel will have a positive effect on every area of my life and create huge change.

New Year/New Decade Hype aside, any time is the perfect time to start working towards a better version of yourself and achieve your goals.

Today is my starting day. I know it won't be easy and it won't always be fun, but if I stick with my focus word and embody that characteristic fully - who knows where my life may be by the end of 2020 and by the end of this new decade.
