Alright Love Bugs, I don't know about you but I'm so ready to just start crushing this fitness and nutrition thing again! This fit vlog and the next I'm bringing you guys some intense positive energy that I hope truly fills your soul!! In today's video (which is in essense a 2 part with next fit vlog) I decided to try out mixing in some law of attraction stuff with fitness content since a lot of my audience enjoy both. Let me know what you guys think or if you would like me to keep the two separate and make more focused on one topic videos instead. I thought it would be a great fit since I open up about my actual life in these fit vlogs and LOA is a huge part of my life. I would love to hear your opinions too Love Bugs!

On this day I decided to do a what I eat in a day BEFORE I start tracking macros again. (I've actually since calculated my macros and am all geared up to start tracking NEXT WEEK! EEKK excited) I thought it would be fun to do this before tracking so you guys can get a realistic look on what I actually eat in any given day. Unfortunately, when I don't track, my biggest problem is UNDER eating. I get so busy and caught up in the day I tend to forget to eat - terrible! My caloric intake at the end of this video was terribly low, in the most unhealthy mega cut way. No bueno. Tracking for me just makes things much easier to ensure I'm eating enough and I'm not going super hard in the gym for nothing.
About a week or two after this fit vlog and the next (E3) was filmed my mom had her brain surgery. (Follow me on insta @RocioLaura914 to keep up with more day to day updates) That was a week of sleeping on hospital chairs and just a total disruption of scheduling, which is life, it happens. Two days after she was finally released and back home early last week I got terribly sick. I've been bed bound since mid last week and just today am okay enough to get out of bed for a few hours. It's been harder on my pride, I think, because I was in such a good and motivated place when I filmed these two videos for you guys. However, it's fine, there is always time. I'm trying to get back to at least 70% of my strength because I'm still incredibly weak. I haven't eaten in about 5 going on 6 days now because nothing would stay down. I started incorporating apple juice last night for a bit of sugar and so far so good. I'm hoping to have a light meal this evening and begin the journey of getting my normal everyday strength back. Then from there, right back at it.
Life HAPPENS. Delays happen. They are SUCKY. You just pick back up as soon as you can but please listen to your body. I kept telling myself I would be better by this week and would be back in the gym. I actually cried today because I'm lightheaded when walking still, and I was really hoping to get back in there today. It's okay, tomorrow is another day.
Sorry for the rant today, I just want to keep you guys up to date with everything. Love you so much, always, my Love Bugs!
