Hiiii Love Bug! I am so ready to start rocking and rolling with these vlogs, but first, we have to play catch up. In this vlog (which is really part 2 of a 2 part experiment I did - watch episode 2 for the first part https://youtu.be/2FZ7DpvVpPQ ) we're just doing a whole bunch of stuff. This is from the end of February and I decided to take an entire week and practice the law of attraction technique of acting as if (what you want has already manifested)! This was a serious turbo boost toward a whole bunch of changes that subsequently followed. Maybe this video was meant to be posted so much after being filmed so I could really see the ripple effect that happened after this week! You guys will be hearing all about it in the next few vlogs as well! This is a fit vlog so of course there's a bunch of fitness stuff in here too including a shoulder workout routine I've been loving lately, also a lot of talk of spirituality and my practices.
