2019 is in full flow, I'm back to uploads, been sticking to schedule, life is great. Next I have to really pull my fitness life back together. Today I'm sharing where I'm currently at with fitness, or actually the lack thereof lately. I'm also touching on health and fitness goals for the year, but we'll get way more into depth with these when Season 2 of my FitVlogs starts up again in a few weeks. My first step for the new year is to detox my body. I plan to jump hard back into training and have created a pretty rigorous workout program for myself so I definitely want my body to be ready to go. I compiled a bunch of clips from the summer time and this new year using the skinnymint teatox and sharing why I love it and go back to it frequently. I'm hoping this helps to really cleanse away all the terrible holiday eating habits that I've picked up and get me back on track to meet these current goals. I aimed high this year so it's going to be tough, but fun, work!
