What a nightmare!!!! On Monday April 3rd I went to a salon in Scarborough, (Toronto, ON) to get eyelash extensions done. I wanted to get an Instagram Baddie look and instead I got an Instagram BAD lash experience. I looked at over 20 different certified lash specialists and settled on one that had a great profile with quite a few client photographs. It was a little misleading as the results I got were far more sparse than what I saw on the salon's Instagram and some of my lashes got glued together! When you watch my video, you'll see it gets worse than that! Let's just say I never thought I would have a reason other than Stargardt's Disease to fear blindness. 😬 I went back to get my eyelashes filled in the next day and I promised myself not to stay more than an hour. It took two. My back and shoulder were so tense and tight from lying down on a chair that isn't mean to recline. Make sure when you are booking for eyelash extensions you do thorough research. I never thought to ask if they had a proper salon bed because all the other times I've done lashes it's always been on one of those.

I have to say the bigger lesson is for me to practice saying 'no', asking questions about uncertain situations and going to referred places. Hope y'all learn from my mistakes xx
