I met The Owner of Velvet 59, Paris Manning at her booth at Beautycon and she was so amazing I decided to support her brand and create a video reviewing her liquid lipsticks and to see if they were really as long lasting as she said they were. I bought one liquid lipstick from her booth at beautycon LA and I fell in love so I bought the entire collection and decided to dedicate a video to them!
