I really want vibrant tips of my hair. Maybe blue or red. But I have very blonde hair and I scared it will stain and permanently damage my hair. So I want permanent or semi- permanent. Suggestions? Tricks? Please help!

Mix manic panic w some conditioner it'll soften the color and manic panic is already semi washes out after a few times. But please NO blue it fades to a very ugly green and it's hard to get out until you cut it. Reds or purples will fade beautifully
