Professional attire?!? Please help!

So I have to do a debate for school and we have to dress up professionally, the problem is that I don't own anything that looks very professional lol. So my questions are what can I wear to look professional but cute? Where can I buy those things? And how should I do my hair? Thanks so much!!

Target has some stylish blazers that are pretty low priced! I would suggest black jeans or dress pants with a white or plaid shirt and a blazer, with of course cute jewelry or you could wear a skirt and knee high socks which would look very classy and stylish. I hope this helps!

I debate and what I usually wear is some variation of a blazer/pencil skirt combo. Make sure that your hair is out of your face so that you don't have to touch it and distract from the debate. A pair of simple pumps is good. The boost of height is nice to have and always helps me feel a little more confident. Good luck!
