Fandom Costume for a party HELP!

My friend is having a dress up/costume party for her birthday and my topic or theme is 'Fandom'. I have to include more than one fandom.

I have a few ideas but I don't know how to put them together...

I was planning on drawing the symbols in the picture on my hands/arms. I own David Tennants sonic screwdriver, a hogwarts t-shirt similar to the one in the picture and I can make the Luna Lovegood necklace. I was also planning on doing the doctor who nail art pictured.

I was thinking something along the lines of a timelord (Doctor Who) witch (Harry Potter and Merlin) who became a shadowhunter (The Mortal Instruments) and hunter (Supernatural) who is honest (Candor) and can solve murders (Sherlock).

In case you aren't familiar with the symbols or pictures, here are what they are (left to right)
- Runes from the mortal instruments book series
- Sherlock's scarf from the tv series 'sherlock'
- David Tennant's Sonic Screwdriver
- Butterbeer cork necklace from 'Harry Potter'
- Druid symbol from the tv series 'Merlin'
- Anti possession tattoo from the tv series 'supernatural'
- Candor symbol from the book series 'Divergent'
- Harry Potter hogwarts crest t-shirt
- Doctor Who themed Nail art

Please help me out with outfits, hair and makeup etc. And how to generally put this together!!
