Looking to make a basic start to a makeup kit and get revlon colourstay in as my first batch to play, practice and perfect. just wondered what shades I should get so I can cover most skintones? Thankyou.

Get all of them. Your client base will have variety right? You can always find them bogo 1/2 off; they're reasonably priced to begin with so you won't go broke! I would invest in the normal/dry and oily/combo formulas as the shades in the same colors differ...all due to the formula.

I don't want to buy every single colour just incase I don't like the product, plus I'm not exactly booked up with clients I am helping with a few shows so I need a good selection but I definitely don't have the money to fritter on stuff I may not need. I'm hoping mixing shades can be done with 4of each range? anyone else got colour suggestions for me?
