First consult your doctor/physician! Secondly Take the makeup off at night! make sure you are not over exposing yourself to the sun which can further damage skin! Next as far as products try to find products that contain a decent percentage of either Glycolic Acid (dont be freaked out by "acid" its derived from Sugar Cane, and is an exfoliant) or Salicylic Acid. These will work as a exfoliant on your skin, which is VERY important to reduce dead skin cells, dirt, and sebum (oil) from clogging pores causing blemishes. Also look for a good spot treatment hopefully one that contains Retin-A, but if using a Retin-A product, be sure to avoid sun exposure. I hope this helps! I to have constant breakouts! Hope your skin clears!! :Smile)!
