To OMBRÉ or not to OMBRÉ?

I have long dark brown hair with a few subtle blonde/light brown strands peaking out (from having a pervious head full of highlights) I've been on the fence of doing a bayalage/ombré. My ends are pretty dry but I love ombré hair! Especially with loose curls. Should I just do it? Or should I try to repair the damage that's already done :/?

(I usually hate how ombré looks on straight hair, but this is just amazing!) How could you not love this?

That does look nice - I would say get your hair cut once before you get it done and then again after to get rid of those dead ends - and maybe try a honey brown instead of a blonde so it won't be as damaging.

I think you should trim the dead ends off first. But like Diana said, I would not go so blonde as it's going to be too much damage! Especially if you diy! I think a red ombre would be really fun!

Oh yes jeana I did a red ombré on my dark hair and I loved it!
