So I have this burn on my lip. I have no idea how to get it away. I tried Vaseline but it didn't work too well. HELPP!!

I would only put neosporin on it at first it will disinfect it and its also suppose to promote faster healing. But, after it start to scab, I wouldn't put anything on it. All wounds need to be kept dry to heal. P.s.: Obviously when there is an OPEN wound ,a disinfectant & a bandaid if possible to keep it covered & clean is a good idea esp. when outside.
