I have had acne/spots on my upper back and neck/chest for a while now and it is a pain in the butt! I really want to get rid of it but the only problem is it is spreading, I now have it really bad on my shoulders but it is spreading down my back and onto my tummy and down my arms!! What should I do?

Use Clinique. It's the best Clinique ever. It was too fast that my acne is almost gone. So Clinique is way much better than anything like proactiv or x-out. No way.
