I want to become a make-up artist. It's always been a passion and something I enjoy, just not sure of how to get started. Any ideas?

Either you can practice on friends and be self taught or join a makeup class for certification. When you are working on your certification contact local photographers in the mean time and offer to do makeup for free and get good images. You can set up a website to also add those pics.
