Happens to me every time I've gone to a hairdresser, since my last haircut I like, interrogate them to make sure they'll listen to me. My last haircut I asked for a trim, came out with 15cm less of hair or more. 😔 it's almost back to the length it was before but never again will I trust a hairdresser.
