When I put eyeliner in my waterline it always comes off during the day. Is there anyway I can make it last, or a certain eyeliner that you like?

Right were your waterline and lashes/skin area meet take an eyeshadow and line there with a color that matches the liner.

In addition to what paityn J said, make sure your eyeliner is waterproof 😀

Also you can set it with an eye shadow so it doesn't come off.
