I don't use one sadly but I'm more into glosses than lipsticks so sadly I don't know of one to recommend. Also make sure to exfoliate your lips 1-2 times a week if you're not already doing so.

My lip condition is not the problem, my lips are soft and smooth, not over dry, it's about the way I apply it, It never looks perfect to me.

What do you think is lacking in your lipstick look? If it's shape then definitely what the other ladies said using lip liner will certainly help.
Lip primers, lip erases and concealers are helpful to get full pigmentation and longevity but have no effect on shape. (Plus you can get similar results just by lining and filling in your entire lips).

I know when I go to use lipstick (not often, I am more of a gloss person), I make extra sure that my foundation all around my mouth and actually going over the edge of my lips is nice and full coverage and as flawless as possible... if you know what I mean. That way when lipstick is applied after the liner, they look very defined and pretty. Not sure if this is what you're looking for but this is how I do it.

I would recommend the new sugarpill one because it's not too expensive and is available on this site.

I had the same problem. This is what I did. Use lip pencil to outline your lips..Then fill your lips in. After that apply your lipstick with a good lip brush. When your done clean the edges. For extra staying power, put some translucent setting powder on a tissue and dab on your lips. This will help keep it in place.

My BFF used to work for Mac and she told me to apply my lipstick first and then lip liner after that (assuming the colors match) I do this for a bold red lip and it really makes my lips look more crisp.
