So I got this felling like my nose is running, why is that can et be because of my septum piercing? ps wanna hear when can I change my ring to a smaller one??

I would probably ask a trained professional (probably the piercer you went to) these questions.

I'd wait 6 weeks before changing it, just to be safe. Piercers usually say 4 weeks but I've always found that's too early to be taking them out and changing them constantly. And as for the running nose feeling, I have no idea sorry, I never got this when I got my septum done.

My nose ran for a few weeks after I got mine pierced. I wouldn't change it out for at least 6 weeks bc you want it to heal and if you take it out early it could be very painful to put back in. make sure your cleaning it too bc its easy to get infected bc of mucus.
