For the outfit, there isn't any other way to say it than go over the top! High waisted shorts and skirts would be awesome. Neon colors or grungey looks would be perfect. And like I said, space buns would be so perfect for hair. Have so much fun!

Go crazy! This is one night where you can get away with ANYTHING!
I live in Charlotte- the city where Miley cancelled at on Monday. Uptown was filled with pissed off girls wearing spiked bras, nude bodysuits, money-printed leggings and Chicago Bulls jersey (From the song 23). It was hilarious. If she reschedules I'm going to try and buy a ticket.
