This has been an hour if bleaching. My hair was a medium minty blue green. It still looks green. What gives? I'm trying foil with this last 20 mins before it's been a complete hour, and added more bleach for every 20 min interval.

Some colors do not come out of hair very well, green is one of those colors like red. It probably will take a few times before it is out. Don't do too much bleaching in a day on your hair. You will fry it and it won't turn out very well. And hour of bleaching your hair I feel is way too much. So you don't damage your hair you are going to have to wait about a week or two so you don't wreck your hair.

I mean like a week or two in between each bleaching of your hair.

Bleaching your hair a lot and leaving it for an hour will fry your hair. I have a friend who bleachers her hair a lot and it fried.
