It seems to me like you're at that type of age when you start to break out. It's no biggy. I used to have a lot and I started to use something called "artistry essentials" it's something my mom sells.

Vitamin E oil will help heal your scars and tea tree oil works like a charm as a spot treatment.

Breaking out near the chin is usually hormonal acne. Your hormones are changing and you so is your skin. Don't touch the acne specially the one in your cheeks since they're more close together & it can spread bacteria sooooo easily. I recommend you start a good skin care routine that helps control the problem. It will not cure the problem because as I already explained its hormonal & you have to wait until your hormones calm down again but you can easily control your skin until that happens. I would suggest buying a cleanser with benzoyl peroxide! Which is the best acne medicine that kills bacteria, then followed by a toner & some non comodogenic moisturizer :) try to use a natural mask once or twice a week to start clearing up the affected areas such as your dark spots and at the same time treat your acne :) ALOE VERA is a miracle! Get one big leaf from Walmart and cut a little bit of & use the gel inside it you will instantly feel refreshed and your skin calmed down :) use it twice a week & you'll start to notice improvement in no time! I'm here and I have many more advice on acne :) so feel free to contact me anytime ❤
